Marci Allen, associate partner
Marci has acquired 7 years of experience in the fresh produce and foodservice industries. In her last position, Marci was employed with Del Monte Fresh Produce as the National Gift Basket Program Manager overseeing sales and program execution for 7 locations. Prior to that she held the position of Marketing Coordinator with Standard Fruit and Vegetable where she managed trade show coordination and implementation, design of the corporate web-site and development of company sales collateral. Marci also held positions with Coosemans Specialty Produce as the business manger for the Dallas division and with Ben E. Keith Foods as a District Sales Representative.

Robyn Pekowski, associate partner
Robyn brings a wealth of sales, marketing and management experience to the DMA Solutions team. Over the past 2 years, Robyn has successfully developed and delivered sales, leadership, and interpersonal skills training for a diverse spectrum of industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, and consumer goods. She now focuses on the unique needs of the produce industry, helping organizations strategically position their company's services, products and people. Prior to her work as an independent consultant, Robyn spent her first 8 years building and leading integrated sales operations for Fortune 1000 organizations, where she held positions such as Senior Account Executive, Regional Sales Manager and National Director of Sales. In addition, Robyn's extensive marketing background has helped her successfully launch products from conception to shelf, leading such initiatives as web design, branding, and advertising.
